Support
The fastest way to reach us is from inside the app. This page also answers the questions we hear most, and explains how to reach us when you can't open the app.
Send feedback from the app
- Open lunarlog and go to More in the bottom bar to reach Settings.
- Tap Send feedback. Write what happened — you can choose a category, and attaching a screenshot or diagnostics is always your choice, never automatic.
Replies land in Settings → Support history, inside the app. Feedback needs a signed-in account; if you're signed out you will see Contact support in the same place instead.
Reach us by email
If you can't open the app — or the matter is account or deletion related — you can write to us instead. Tell us what you need; if it's about an account, include the email address the account uses and nothing else.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
From Settings → Account → Delete account, on every platform. It happens immediately, and the page explains exactly what is and isn't removed — see Delete your account.
Who can see a profile I share?
Every accepted guardian on a profile — whatever their role — can read what's logged on it, with one deliberate exception: a day note the profile's subject marked private is visible only to her. Roles decide who can log and manage, not a sliding scale of what they can read.
How do I invite my partner, or set a profile up for my daughter?
From the profile's guardian management, you can invite another adult to share a profile you track on — or create a profile for someone else and invite her to log it herself. Both directions are first-class, and the guides walk each one: Setting up a household and Inviting someone.
Does lunarlog work without a network?
Yes. Logging, history, and estimates all work offline, and what you log syncs to your family's devices when a connection returns. Export works offline too — it is built from the copy on your device.
Can I get my data out?
Any time, from Settings → Your data: a JSON file of everything, two CSV spreadsheets, a FHIR summary for clinicians, and a one-page PDF. All of them are built on your device and handed to your share sheet — no account required.
Can I bring data in from Clue or my health app?
Yes. You can import history from Clue, and import your flow and spotting history from Apple Health on iPhone — or your flow and spotting history from Health Connect on Android — whenever you choose, as far back as your health app has it. Imports never overwrite a value you logged by hand. You start the first import yourself; only once a profile is bound and that first import has completed does the same import also keep itself current in the background — Apple Health tells lunarlog when new data lands, and Android checks Health Connect on a schedule — never prompting, never writing, and stopping if you unbind the profile or revoke the health permission. Moving your data walks through it.
Is my data encrypted?
On your device, the database is protected by your device's own encryption and unlocked only by your biometric or passcode. In the cloud, data travels over TLS and is stored with standard at-rest encryption — but it is not end-to-end encrypted: we protect it with access control and infrastructure encryption rather than keys only you hold. The privacy policy states this plainly, and so do we.
Does the app show ads or track me?
No ads, no trackers, no analytics on this site. The app's crash reporting is anonymized and scrubbed, and every optional network feature — sync, alerts, feedback — is one you turn on.
